10-4Torr Feature: Square vertical (Steam heating) Under the vacuum condition, the raw material's boiling pint is lowered to enchance the capability of heat transmittion of evaporator. Therefore, for certain heat trasmission amount, it can save its area of the evaporator.

結構：
內以304端板，氬弧焊接，拋光處理300#以上，角槽鋼補強，防止變形，中層巖棉保溫隔熱外，304不銹鋼板組合，門板使用304，拋光外層，槽鋼補強及保溫。 四周焊接組合，內部以拋光及酸洗處理。 活動式水盤架，L型鋼，每層底部直接加熱水盤，使加熱迅速，溫度分布均勻。 304加熱水盤，內具有多行導流板。 水盤架，后面進出蒸汽管各1支，由后壁外側銜接，防泄漏及易清洗。 門面右開，12Ф硅膠包裝一體成型密閉，特殊夾具4組栓緊，防漏氣。
Structure:
Interior use 304 stainless steel, welding (argon). Polish 300# mesh. Corner iron makes up strongly prevents the distortion. Insulation by rock wool exterior 304 stainless steel. All around welds the combination, the interior polishes and passivate processing.

2. Water tray rack, adjustable, L structural steel, each layer of bottom direct to inject water into water tray, enable heats up fast and temperature distribution is even.
3. 304 heating water plate, multiple guide plate inside
4. Water tray rack, steam inlet/ outlet with steam piping from back connect, prevent divulges and is easy to clean.
5. Door right open. Silicon packing 12Ф to seal. Special clamp to prevent divulges.
